This website, redmindsys.uk, is operated by REDMINDSYS LTD ("RedMindsys", "we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in England & Wales (Companies House no. 17324029). We are the data controller for the personal data described here.
redmindsys.uk is a static informational website. It has no user accounts and no database. The only place we collect personal data is the investor enquiry form. This notice explains what we do with that data, and what limited data our infrastructure providers process when you visit. The VeRa mobile app has its own separate policy.
If you contact us through the investor form, we collect your name and email address (required), and optionally your fund/organisation and who you are.
What happens to it: your submission is sent from your browser to a function on our site, which forwards it to our email provider (Cloudflare Email Service) to deliver it to us as an email. We do not store your submission in any database on the website — it exists as an email to us and in our email provider's delivery logs.
Purpose: to read and respond to your investment enquiry and to continue that conversation. Lawful basis: our legitimate interests (UK GDPR Art 6(1)(f)) in responding to an enquiry you chose to send us. Retention: we keep enquiry correspondence for no longer than 24 months from our last contact, unless we need to keep it for a legal reason.

We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking on this site, and our own code sets no tracking cookies.
Our own website code does not set cookies and we run no analytics. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may set strictly necessary cookies for security and performance. We do not use these for tracking or advertising.
Some providers process data outside the UK — Google (United States) and Cloudflare (global network). Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable.
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, and (where applicable) port the personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these, contact max@redmindsys.uk. We will respond within one month (extendable by up to two further months for complex requests, with notice).
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK supervisory authority (ico.org.uk). We would welcome the chance to address your concerns first.
The site is served over HTTPS with security measures including HSTS, clickjacking protection, content-type protection, a strict referrer policy, and a permissions policy that disables geolocation, microphone, and camera access.
This website and the investor form are intended for business and professional use by adults and are not directed at children.
We may update this notice from time to time. We will change the effective date and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice.
